SYEDA Khanom

was born in 1981, in Hetimgonj, a suburb of Sylhet District, Bangladesh. Her father was a freedom fighter, and her mother was a housewife. She obtained

her bachelor’s degree in social work from Shahjalal University of Science and Technology, Sylhet, Bangladesh. Then she moved to London and finished her Master’s of Arts in Special and Inclusive Education at the University of Roehampton, London.

She also obtained an MBA in Human Resource Management under the program of York University in London. Recently, in 2023, she completed her Doctor of Philosophy in Education from Selinus University, Italy. At present, she is pursuing a Post Doctoral in Naturopathic Medicine at Kingdom College of Natural Health, USA. Additionally, she completed the Energy Healing Certification in 2024.

Syeda Khanom has gained teaching experience in three continents of the world (Europe, Asia, and North America). In her entire career she served as a Community Language Teacher in

London, Teacher-Trainer in Bangladesh, and has been working as a substitute teacher in the Metro-Detroit area of Michigan. Currently, she lives in Warren, Michigan, USA. She wrote a book , title is:  Special Baby: Special Needs-1 , it is the English version of her Bengali book, ‘’Bishes Shishu: Bishes Chahida-1’’.
