In 1994, the International Education policy the Salamanca Statement recognized the inclusion right of special children to education globally. However there are still obstacles in understanding special needs in many parts of the world including Bangladesh, Bangladesh is also a signatory member of the Salamanca Statement. In particular, teachers, parents and other persons who are involved in the development of the learning process of a special child are not adequately trained, as a result it is complicated and difficult for them to identify children with special needs in education or home or other social settings, in the light of the child’s needs. Therefore, with the aim of providing training to people associated with special children, this website is determined to train through webinars, workshops, certificate courses to parents, teachers and other professionals about the nature, characteristics, symptoms, identification methods and learning strategies of special children. Such as, autism, dyslexia, Dyspraxia and others.
